A Time for Renewal- Organic, Homemade Skin Masks for Glowing Skin

When your skin looks good, you feel good. Your skin is your largest organ, and the skin on your face tells the world how you are feeling inside and out. In Eastern medicine, traditional doctors look at the skin to assist in their diagnosis because it can tell them what’s going on internally.

Experts recommend facials every season because your skin regenerates. But sometimes you can’t make it to the spa, either because of cost or time.  Don’t let those obstacles get in the way of glowing, healthy skin. Now, in the comfort and privacy of your own home, you can create masks for your skin using ingredients that you already have in your refrigerator or that are easy to pick up in your local grocery store.  Try them out, give us some feedback or share your own tips!
